Telegram Deals to VK and Discord: Offers, Sold Out and Expiry

To send Telegram deals to Discord or publish Telegram shop posts to VK, use a shop-approved announcements source and create the appropriate Publish route in RedFox Auto Forward Telegram (@AutoForwardNew_Bot). Put the product, price per unit, deadline with time zone and public product link in the source message. When the offer ends or stock runs out, the shop writes a separate status update and checks every destination that received the offer.

This replaces repetitive announcement copy-paste—not your inventory system. The shop remains responsible for verifying availability, prices and terms; this workflow does not detect stock changes, synchronize orders or process payments.

Illustrative shop workflow, not a product screenshot or delivery test: a person approves the deal and writes availability updates; Publish distributes the approved messages.

RedFox is the team; RedFox Auto Forward Telegram (@AutoForwardNew_Bot) is the product. The historical @Auto_Forward_Messages_Bot has moved to the current handle. Auto-Bot.io is a separate editorial publisher, not the developer or operator of RedFox. This guide uses first-party documentation checked October 3, 2026 and owner-confirmed cloud/interface facts. All deal examples below are fictional, not offers you can buy or measured customer results.

Keep one public-ready shop source

Use a dedicated Telegram channel for finished product announcements. Do not route the mixed staff group containing supplier quotes, customer addresses, draft prices or order screenshots. Give one person responsibility for approving each offer and another clear responsibility for checking whether it is still valid; in a small shop, that can be the same person.

Before posting, check the actual storefront: the precise product variant, stock status, currency, quantity basis, tax/shipping conditions, coupon requirements and deadline. A photo and “great deal today” are not enough for someone reading the post hours later on another platform. Include a stable public product page where buyers can see current terms; checkout and payment remain on the shop's own system.

Start with one route: open the RedFox Web app, select Publish and choose a controlled test destination. For the connection details, use the Telegram-to-VK setup guide or Telegram-to-Discord setup guide.

Choose the shop audience, not just a platform

DestinationWhen it fitsCheck before starting
VK Community/PageThe shop's customers follow its brand community or page.Select Community/Page, paste its URL or ID and read the destination preview. Confirm the connected account can publish there.
VK ProfileAn authorized individual profile is genuinely the intended shop audience.Select Profile and confirm that the preview identifies that person. Do not use it merely because it was the default or easiest account to connect.
Discord deals text channelMembers expect offers in a dedicated channel such as #shop-deals.Copy that channel's ID, verify bot access/send permissions and check which members can see it. A general chat, staff-only channel and deals channel are different audiences.
Discord Announcement channelA Community server deliberately uses Discord's Announcement channel format.Check the same channel permissions. Posting there and publishing to following servers are separate actions; do not assume RedFox's Publish task performs Discord's follower-broadcast step.

The RedFox VK guide documents Profile versus Community/Page selection, URL/ID normalization and a destination preview. The Discord Announcement Channel FAQ explains the separate native Publish action for following servers. An ordinary deals text channel is a straightforward starting point when follower broadcasting is not needed.

A complete deal announcement: fictional input and intended output

Illustrative offer only. The product, price, dates and terms below are invented to demonstrate the format. The example.com address is a placeholder, not a working shop offer. Replace every value with verified shop terms before publication.

Telegram source message approved by the shop

ILLUSTRATIVE DEAL — NOT A LIVE OFFER
Offer ID: MUG-EXAMPLE-01
Product: Stoneware mug, 350 ml, ocean blue
Price: USD 12.00 per mug
Shipping: charged separately; see the product page
Offer ends: 31 October 2026, 18:00 UTC, or earlier if sold out

Check availability on the product page before ordering.

Intended VK/Discord post to verify

For a route without added Header/Footer, the editorial target is the same standalone offer text above: a reader sees the exact variant, USD price per mug, shipping condition, absolute deadline and product link. This is an acceptance example, not observed bot output. Compare the actual destination message against it—including the final link—and inspect any photo/caption separately.

If you configure a Discord Header such as Shop update, verify that it adds useful context without hiding the price or deadline. Do not depend on “see pinned,” Telegram-only reply context or an image containing the only copy of the terms. Prepare suitable source copy yourself; this guide does not promise automatic offer rewriting or platform-specific sales copy.

Configure the two provider routes separately

  1. Choose the approved Telegram source. Keep drafts and customer information elsewhere. Confirm both access and permission to redistribute product photos and descriptions.
  2. Prepare publishing access. The Discord Publisher guide requires an active External Publish addon and a verified Discord bot account. Check current access in your account before enabling either provider; do not assume external publishing is included in every plan.
  3. Set up VK. Open Publish, select the authorized VK connection, choose Profile or Community/Page, paste the destination URL/ID, inspect its preview and save the intended task. Do not calculate a community ID sign by guesswork.
  4. Set up Discord. Open Home → Publish → Platform Accounts, use the documented bot-account connection, verify it, then create a Publish Task with the source and exact destination Channel ID. The guide supports one or more Channel IDs; start with one test channel and add others only when the same offer belongs there.
  5. Check the recipient and controls. Use clear task names such as Approved shop offers → VK community and Approved shop offers → Discord deals. Review available formatting/change options, save and use Start Publish. Know where Stop Publish is for each route.
  6. Test before public use. Send a harmless, clearly labelled test through a source and destination you control. Verify the resulting post rather than treating a verified account or running task as proof of delivery.

The Channel ID guide documents a manual method: copy the channel link and take the final numeric segment of https://discord.com/channels/SERVER_ID/CHANNEL_ID. An invite is not a Channel ID. Follow the bot-token guide for the protected account form; never put a token in an offer, screenshot or support message. Discord's permissions documentation explains why channel overrides must be checked even when server permissions look correct.

RedFox confirms that activated tasks run in its cloud and that Web, iOS and Android interfaces are available for management. You do not need to keep the management screen open. Valid connections, destination permissions and the shop's status-update process still matter.

Sold out and expired: write new status messages

A deadline in the text is not an automatic expiry trigger. Assign a shop operator to check the storefront and publish the status change when needed. Keep the same Offer ID and product name so a member can connect the follow-up to the earlier deal.

Illustrative sold-out update

ILLUSTRATIVE SOLD-OUT UPDATE — NOT A LIVE OFFER
Offer ID: MUG-EXAMPLE-01
Stoneware mug, 350 ml, ocean blue: SOLD OUT
Status checked by the shop: 31 October 2026, 15:20 UTC
The USD 12.00 per-mug offer is no longer available.
Current product status: https://example.com/shop/ocean-blue-mug
This update does not cancel or change previously confirmed orders.
For an existing order, use the shop's usual support channel.

Illustrative expired-offer update

ILLUSTRATIVE EXPIRY UPDATE — NOT A LIVE OFFER
Offer ID: MUG-EXAMPLE-01
The USD 12.00 per-mug offer ended on 31 October 2026 at 18:00 UTC.
Do not use the earlier announcement as the current price.
Current price and availability: https://example.com/shop/ocean-blue-mug
A future restock or promotion will need a new approved announcement.

These are alternative lifecycle examples: use the update matching the actual event. Do not send an “expired” reminder for an offer already withdrawn unless a further message is genuinely useful. A status update communicates the shop's decision; it does not itself refund, cancel an order or prevent someone using an old link. Update the storefront's terms and availability too.

SituationShop actionDestination acceptance
Product sells out before the deadlineConfirm stock in the shop system, publish the sold-out message and review any queued/repeating promotion in that route.Every destination that received the deal also shows the status update. Verify any stale original copy separately.
Offer reaches its deadlineConfirm the offer ended, publish the expiry message and stop any still-active promotional repetition that would mislead buyers. The current-price link works and the old-price message is not left as the only visible status.

Product returns to stockCheck current price, stock and terms, then approve a new announcement.Readers can distinguish the new offer from the closed Offer ID; no automatic restock detection is implied.

Discord Publish documents Include edited messages and Include deleted messages. If you use them, test the exact route and inspect the result. The VK destination guide does not establish the same edit/delete behavior, so do not transfer the Discord rule to VK. A separate approved follow-up is the cross-platform communication plan; any edit, deletion or pinning of old destination posts needs its own authorized action and readback.

Test the whole offer lifecycle, not just the first post

  • Audience: correct VK profile/community and exact Discord channel; no staff-only notes in the public feed.
  • Terms: product variant, currency, price/unit, deadline/time zone and conditions match the approved source.
  • Link: on both destinations, open the actual link and confirm the intended product page, not a staff dashboard, expired invitation or unrelated checkout.
  • Media: inspect the real image and caption representation. Do not infer universal album, button or file support from a successful text test.
  • Follow-up: test a labelled sold-out/expired sample and any edit/delete option you intend to rely on. Confirm the final status on each destination.
  • Failure: check task status, connection, target rights and error details. Before retrying an uncertain post, inspect the destination to avoid duplication. Discord retry/skip settings do not remove provider limits or prove a skipped post was delivered.

Keep a small offer log: Offer ID, approved source, expected destinations, last shop status check and observed destination status. Keep credentials and customer data out. Announcement delivery, link engagement and completed purchases are separate outcomes; this guide supplies no revenue or conversion estimate.

Publishing deals is not affiliate-link conversion

This article manages announcements and availability follow-ups. The existing MMO affiliate-link automation guide covers a different job. Do not assume affiliate/MMO transformation, filters, AI rewriting or translation from another Telegram task carries into a VK/Discord Publish task. If a shop supplies an approved affiliate link, verify the actual destination link and include any disclosure required for that promotion; automatic conversion in Publish is not claimed here.

Start with one approved deal and one controlled destination

Open the RedFox Web app or the current bot, create one clearly named Publish route and test a deal plus its closure update before expanding. Use the VK guide for Profile/Community selection, the Discord guide for connection/channel setup, and the product overview for the broader RedFox workflow. The useful automation is distributing what the shop has approved—while the shop keeps control of what is actually for sale.
