outbid.lol’s Rules permit a product website or X @handle and explicitly exclude chat and invite links, including Telegram links. That is a coherent product-leaderboard model: a maker can promote a website or profile to visitors considering products. It does not mean a Telegram-related product website is inherently unwelcome; the restriction concerns the destination type, not every product with a Telegram connection.

How do discovery and paid rankings differ?
TelegramBID explicitly separates organic Discover from sponsored boards: paying does not change Discover’s search order. Category All-time rank is based on cumulative confirmed spend; Global shows up to ten eligible entries, and Daily counts charges on the UTC day placements activate. First publication and certain custom-copy updates involve admin review. A sponsored position is not reserved while review or payment is pending.
outbid.lol describes an All-time public product board, a Today board for the current UTC day and Daily archives of calendar days. Its FAQ explicitly says there is no review queue and a completed payment claims the position; another payment can change the order before yours completes. This is a strength for makers who prefer that documented direct ranking model. Both services have time-windowed spend views, but their listing eligibility and activation rules should not be collapsed into the same workflow.
What do the published bid terms actually say?
As retrieved on September 28, 2026, TelegramBID’s Rules stated a $1 base minimum and $1 minimum increase; an existing listing’s upgrade charges the difference between target total and confirmed total. A new entry to a full category board must beat the lowest qualifying amount by at least $1. outbid.lol’s Rules stated a $10 minimum for a new listing and at least $5 more than the current #1 to take first on its All-time board; its FAQ also describes difference-only upgrades. These are dated published rules, not a live quote. Check both sites directly before paying.
Refund treatment also differs in the documented conditions: TelegramBID says credits charged for a rejected new listing or custom sponsored-copy review return to the payer’s wallet, with top-up a separate transaction. outbid.lol says completed payments are final and not refundable. Those policies apply to their own transactions; do not interpret either as a guarantee of clicks or business return.
Choose by audience and arrival experience
- Telegram community owner: make your channel’s first posts, group’s first conversation or bot’s first task worthwhile; then write an accurate TelegramBID listing.
- Product maker: if the destination you want to promote is a website or X profile and you want a broad public product board, read outbid.lol’s eligibility and ranking FAQ.
- Both kinds of destination: consider each board for its distinct audience and destination. Do not reuse a chat invite where website-only rules exclude it or assume a product-site click proves a Telegram join.
